Our Application Process

Step 1: ID & Qualification

• Document proof of qualification(e.g. Cert III in Aged Care, Diploma, Bachelor)
• 100 Points of ID
• Vaccination evidence - Influenza
• COVID-19 Australian Government vaccination certificate (mandatory doses)
• National Police Check
• Current Driver License or reliable source of transport
• NDIS screening card
• People skill

Step 2: Interview

Come meet TEAM CBNA face-to-face.

We will ask you to come to our office to finalize documentation, verification and compliance requirements to see if you are the FIT, to try on your uniforms, and finally to meet your allocations team to see how all the magic happens.

We love to put a face to the name because we will be talking to you every day!

Final Step: Ready to Work

You are officially ready to make a difference at one of our client facilities, as a proud TEAM CBNA member.
